Opinion Polls: Emmeline Marino at 60%

Our latest poll shows PEDEM's candidate Emmeline Marino at 60%. This would lead to the victory of the Minister Marino already in the first round. The DEMPRO candidate Giuseppe Mazzini and the republican Tobey Wyles stop at 20%. Emmeline Marino looks set to become the first female and LGBT president of our country. 

We have imagined three different scenarios in the second round (that if the first poll is the result of the next elections, it will probably not be carried out); -In a scenario "Wyles vs Marino", it leads to an easy victory for Marino with an abundant 73.3%, thanks to the votes of DEMPRO and the liberal voters.

-In a scenario "Mazzini vs Marino", it leads to a victory for Marino, who, however, would win with 66.7%. In an alternative scenario (the most unlikely) "Wyles vs Mazzini", it would lead to Mazzini's victory gaining the votes of the left-wingers of PEDEM.
At the question about the political system, 86.7% of respondents replied that they prefer the current Republic system and only 13.3% declared themselves in favor of the monarchy.
